THERE IS A PLACE FOR YOU HERE!Be part of our diverse and inclusive team.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation of project reports encompassing project status, budget reconciliation, monthly changes and forward-looking projections of final cost and value. Reports to incorporate all aspects of the project.Liaise with all project departments to gather information required to maintain a current project status. As required challenge supplied data.Assist with the preparation of projected Spend Summaries (cash flows) including updating projections to reflect spend.Assist and oversee in the implementation, monitoring and reporting across all Insurance policy related.Assist with the updating cost data relating to projects benchmark.Assist with the preparation of funding requests to Executives for approval.Job RequirementsEducation & CertificationBachelorxe2x80x99s degree in quantity surveying/finance/accounting or similar.ExperienceAt least 5 years' Cost Control QS experience in the construction industry.Other PrerequisitesStrong MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Developing and maintaining effective relationships with project teams.Ability to work within a constantly changing environment.Ability to work to tight deadlines.Marina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
