Job Description

The Senior Quantity Surveyor works directly with the Design & Planning under administration of Project management Department; on future business and strategic planning as well as focuses on improving current systems and work processes.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares cost plan, cost estimates and value engineering: Land Development
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities which include BQ measurement
• Preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation, and tender report
• Contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report
• Evaluation of actual work accomplishment at site:
• Evaluation of Project Manager's Instruction (PMI) and Work Authorization Order (WAO) based on contract terms and reconciliation with contractors
• Preparation and finalization of project final accounts
• Provide coordination and liaison with project management throughout the estimated development
• Determination of scope of work and cost allowance by reviewing contract documents and contract modification
• Review compliance of technical specifications indicated in the proposal
• Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs
• Estimate the quantity and costs of materials
• Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets
• Identify potential financial or construction risks
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the top management.

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Experience:

• real estate developer: 1 year (Preferred)
