Duties and Responsibilities: . Preparation of measurement sheets and detailed quantity take-off based on drawings and documents for tender and on-going projects. . Prepare request for quotation packages to be sent to Suppliers and Subcontractors. . Evaluate and formulate bill of quantities for direct and indirect costs. . Sourcing suppliers and subcontractors for tender and on-going projects. . Construct and assess comparison sheets for quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors. . Procurement of materials as per issued fabrication or shop drawings. . Preparation and submission of variation order quotation. . Submission of progressive claims to client and follow up for payment response. . Preparation, checking and monitoring project budget. . Evaluation and verification of supplier and subcontractor claims.Requirements Experience in Pre & Post tender At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. Experience in structural steel and miscellaneous metals Strong analytical, written and verbal skills. Strong computer skills including AutoCad, MS Office Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently Able to quantify quantity for steel works project Good knowledge in contract rules and regulations At least 6 years of experiencePlease provide your expected salary, last drawn salary and reason for leaving in your CV/resume.Note: CV/resume without the above will be rejected.
