Job Description
Our Client is one of the biggest Japanese main contractors. . This role of an M&E Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all cost and contractual issues on the main contract as well as sub-contracts connected to the project.
\xe3\x80\x90 What you will be doing \xe3\x80\x91- Prepare budget and cost control monitoring to ensure the project cost is within the allocated budget
- Prepare and analyze cost comparison
- Prepare, evaluate, and recommend the award of Sub-contractors
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, and sub-contractor payments
- Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders, and payments to subcontractors
- To negotiate on pricing matter
Requirement
\xe3\x80\x90 What they are looking for \xe3\x80\x91- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or QS
- Minimum 5 years of M&E Quantity Surveying experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

8:30 ~ 17:30Benefit
