Understand and be familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes. Technical knowledge in contracts terms and law.
Review on the supplier/contractor quotation or proposal and make sure that all requirements are complied with.
Able to provide budget cost or estimates as per instruction.
Able to communicate with other Departments in dealing with various documents and issues.
Coordinate with the supplier/contractor regarding follow up on bills and quantities.
Prepare and submit monthly payment claim to client.
To source supplier locally/overseas for items required by client and follow up the necessary accordingly.
To evaluate and tabulate monthly /quarterly for material and labour cost. Finalization of project final accounts.
Tendering process and tender evaluation report. To reply tender clarification, preparation for tender interview and presentation etc.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Contracts Management, Cost Management, accurate, analysis, team player.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
