• Location: Central & West Area with Transport pickup from Jurong East MRT
• Working Hrs: Mon - Friday, 5 days work week, 40 hrs.
• Salary: $5.5 \xe2\x80\x93 7.5K Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
• Staff Benefits: Year-End Bonus + VB, 14 days annual leave.

• Candidate Must meet the following Singapore work experience to apply for this position.
• Must have a minimum of 5 \xe2\x80\x93 15 years of Singapore Civil Project working experience
• 5 years of relevant Singapore Senior QS experience preferably in tendering EPC projects
• OR with 4 Years of Singapore MRT, Civil Project Experience.
• Good Spoken / Written English, communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Autocad Etc

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
• Prepare settlement of final accounts
• Maintenance of project documentation
• Source for quotation for materials and services
• Preparation of subcontractor\'s/ supplier\'s procurement, agreements, and payments
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Cost planning, estimations and measurement of quantities
• Manage Contracts administration
• Handle issues including extension of time, terms and conditions, loss and expenses claim
• ** Or Tender Team on tendering new projects.
