Summary: Altus Group is currently seeking a Senior Real Estate Consultant, Software and Technology to join a dynamic, high performing team in our Singapore office.

Reporting to the Head of Head of Consulting & Sales Solutions, APAC, you will drive the utilization of our platforms by assisting in the software delivery and implementation. As an expert in the field and a trusted advisor, you will work side-by-side with new and existing clients to design business processes that will enable and drive engagement with our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, review, and document client\xe2\x80\x99s business requirements and processes.

• Work with Application Services to draft solutions and configuration specifications to meet client requirements.

• Run test scenarios and complete test scripts for implementation and integrations.

• Prepare Statements of Work (SOW) and Change Requests (CRs) including pricing and timelines.

• Assist and attend client discovery meetings.

• Participate in client working sessions (preparing agenda and minutes)

• Communicate with Product Management and Customer Support on client feedback, performance reviews, and maintenance.
  

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (Accounting, Finance, Real Estate or other business-related field)

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in commercial property consulting

• Experience delivering medium to large-scale technology implementation and integration projects.

• Familiarity with ARGUS solutions as it relate to Asset Management, Valuations, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Investment Management

• Highly proficient level Excel, Word, and Adobe skills

• Ability to consolidate and analyze large and complex data sets

• Understanding of real estate functions

• Advanced analytical skills

• High attention to detail
