As we continue to scale across the APAC region, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter to help drive our hiring efforts in the region. The Senior Recruiter will be viewed as a true business partner to the APAC leadership team and will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent across all major areas of our Go-To-Market business including Sales & Marketing, Sales Engineering, Cloud Partners, Post Sales, Revenue Operations and G&A. This person will work strategically with our senior leaders to craft recruiting strategies that enable us to hit our growth and business goals and will drive a seamless and best-in-class experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities:

  • Work on roles spanning all levels within the Go-To-Market functions, managing the entire process from start to finish (kickoff meetings, sourcing, interviewing, managing interview process & debriefs, and driving the offer process)
  • Establish and build strong relationships with your hiring managers, becoming an expert on their teams and business
  • Act as a consultant to the business, using data to influence and drive the recruiting process in order to find the best possible talent as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Drive a best-in-class candidate experience by establishing a thoughtful interview process, ensuring both candidates and hiring managers are well prepared, and providing timely feedback/updates to all parties
  • Craft creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent, always looking for new ways to attract top talent into the funnel
  • Be a trusted advisor to both the hiring managers and candidates, helping to drive the best possible hiring decisions and outcomes for the company
  • Craft, deliver, and negotiate complex and senior offers
  • Leverage data to provide frequent and consistent updates on hiring progress
  • Work on projects that impact the broader global Recruiting team such as tool assessments, employer branding, and recruiter/interviewer training
Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment with a proven track record of success
  • Track record of successfully hiring a wide variety of Go-To-Market roles in the APAC region (ideally Singapore, Australia and India).
  • Experience managing multiple roles/profiles at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and bias for action
  • Strong analytical skills, experience using data to guide decision-making and change
  • Experience working and influencing senior-level leaders
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, identifying challenges early on and addressing those with relevant stakeholders
