Job Description
--Job Responsibilities
- Develop new clients and provide full recruitment support. Specialised in Supply Chain & Engineering industry.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and provide full recruitment support
- Source for suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising and referrals
- Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on client\'s requirement and needs
- Create profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for consideration
- Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectation
- Coordination of interviews arrangement between clients and candidates
- Conduct reference checks on candidates on behalf of clients
- Coordinate and negotiate salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates
- Candidates with at least 2 year of experience in recruitment or working experiences in volume recruitment will have a distinct advantage
- A candidate who is flexible, adaptable to changes, willing to learn and improve, self-driven, and a team player will have a distinct advantage
