These lines of business are:
  • Consulting
  • Digital (Commercial, Delivery and Product Development)

We also cover all roles in Corporate Functions and fee earner/sales roles in our Digital/Intelligence Cloud business.We have operations in the North & South America, EMEA and APAC. In APAC, this role is part of an exceptional team of 6 supporting five geographical regions - China, India, ANZ, ASEAN, and Japan and South Korea.Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition - APAC, this is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruiter to take the next step in their career - leading Consulting, Executive Search and Professional Search hiring across ANZ and ASEAN and gain exposure to leading some key APAC Talent Acquisition projects.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level (non-fee earner) across Consulting, Executive Search and Professional Search.
  • Conduct market research and mapping to identify top talent that aligns with Korn Ferry\'s current and future needs.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to build relationships with potential candidates
  • Drive inclusion through building diverse pipelines at top of the funnel.
  • Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices, and decision making.
  • Maintain data integrity, proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to improve recruiting efficiency and influence hiring decisions.
  • Champion an exceptional end-to-end candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring timely and impactful communication throughout the hiring journey.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of recruiting experience, ideally, a mix of agency and in-house roles.
  • Proven track record of building trust and credibility with leaders.
  • Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Keen ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills and professional judgment.
  • Ability to cut through complexity and deliver results, particularly under ever-changing circumstances.
  • Excitement to balance autonomous, proactive efforts with collaborative, team-minded workstreams.
  • Experience in solving complex hiring challenges independently.
