Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Drive the full sales cycle, including lead generation, tender participation, proposal submission, negotiations, and contract closure.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver tailored manpower solutions to clients.
Keep abreast of industry trends, particularly in tendering processes and oil & gas manpower requirements.
Prepare regular business development reports and market insights for management.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven sales track record with consistent achievement of targets.
Experience in a recruitment agency or staffing firm is highly desirable.
Exposure to tender projects and/or the oil and gas industry is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in Chinese effectively liaises with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
