Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle across different industries
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
Source, screen, and place candidates effectively and efficiently
Deliver staffing projects leveraging Octomate's HRMS platform
Mentor junior consultants and interns in sourcing and client management
Consistently meet KPIs and deliver against client expectations
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of recruitment or client-facing sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of placements or business development
Accountable, driven, and results-oriented
Comfortable with fast-paced and high-volume recruitment projects
