Salary: Basic + Commission
:
- Assist in full cycle recruitment, posting vacancies, screening and interviewing candidates
- Manage recruitment database in structured and orderly manner
- Assist in planning for recruitment fairs/events
- Participate in physical/virtual career fairs to attract job seekers
- Provide solutions to client staffing needs
- Understand job description and requirements of available job positions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and job seekers
- Match jobseekers to suitable job positions providing them with opportunities
- Assist with other duties assigned
- Minimum Diploma
- CEI certification
- Minimum 3years of experience in recruitment
- knowledge in staffing techniques and labour regulations
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Customer service-oriented, target driven and challenge seeking
- Training & development opportunities provided to enhance recruitment & advisory skills
