The Opportunity:

Adecco is proud to partner with a cutting-edge high-technology manufacturing company in search of a talented Senior Regional HR Executive. If you\'re ready to take the next step in your HR career and become the right-hand person for the Regional HR Manager, this role is for you.The Job1. Local HR Duties:

• Oversee all HR functions for a team of 35 employees in Singapore.
• Drive the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding process for all employees.
• Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Facilitate and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Execute and oversee performance management processes.
• Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

2. Office Management:

• Arrange couriers
• Coordinate business card orders and other office supplies.
• Ensure office and assets are well-maintained.
• Handle accommodation bookings if required
• Manage office cleaner

3. Regional HR Duties:

• Act as the right-hand person to the Regional HR Manager.
• Assist the Regional HR Manager and local HR in supporting SEA region initiatives and projects.
• Consolidate HR reports for the region.
• Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

The Talent

• Minimum 5 years of experience in handling the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, with a strong understanding of Singapore regulations.
• Regional exposure is a must
• Proficient in office management tasks.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating a proactive and customer-oriented mindset
