Assisting in planning, arranging, organizing, and coordinating staff engagement activities.
Administering monthly vendor payments, including utilities, WIFI, water supplies, and other ad-hoc office supply purchases.
Assisting in general office administration, including the procurement of office, pantry, and stationery supplies.
Managing claims by updating purchase and payment records.
Providing support for other HR and administrative matters and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or above in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 3 years working experience
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge in recruiting IT professionals
