Job Summary

This role supports the organization by partnering with business leaders and employees to deliver employee lifecycle services, implement HR programs across the Southeast Asia region, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HR function. The position involves identifying business needs, providing expert guidance, and developing sustainable HR solutions to address organizational and employee challenges. A key focus is on building strong relationships and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Accountabilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for assigned business units to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the organization.

Employee Engagement & Development:

Drive employee engagement initiatives and support change management and development activities. Build strong, trusted relationships with business leaders, offering sound HR advice aligned with both HR and business strategies. Act as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries via the Support Hub, addressing workplace concerns and supporting issue resolution. Resolve employee grievances fairly and consistently, ensuring alignment with company policies. Coordinate employee development programs to enhance job-related skills and capabilities.

Performance Management:

Monitor and support reporting processes for regional performance management and promotion cycles. Provide support in managing disciplinary cases and improvement plans for underperforming employees.

HR Services & Compliance:

Maintain accurate HR records in compliance with data protection regulations. Deliver HR services and ensure alignment with company policies and local labor laws, while addressing the operational needs of business units.

Regional Support:

Assist the Senior Regional HR Manager in collaborating with Southeast Asia HR teams on regional HR strategies and cross-country projects.

Others:

Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
