Responsibilities

• Design / perform business-oriented, comprehensive, accurate reporting system/ analysis to monitor the performance of the business, locate risk and discover potential business opportunities
• Perform data analysis to understand business cases and challenges while providing conclusions and advice
• Keeping track of KPI performance, checking for KPI deviations and showing the wrong trajectory
• Dashboard set up and management for systematic changes and business logic updates (Power BI)
• Regular operation site profile, volume forecast and trend update
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to understand specific business cases and challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis
• Applications of tools/systems to provide people and resource productivity and operation performance information
• Work closely with branch operations/project team and provide insights for key logistics projects and support decision making
• Provide insightful analysis on logistics performance and incident management for decision making
• Coordinating on respective feedback for Deep Dive areas, where performance is flagged as suboptimal
• Logistics operation support for international transportation (Air & Ocean import and export), factory/warehouse operation, local delivery, customs clearance, border trucking, etc.
• Work closely with the RPA team to conduct data/report automation projects to drive business.
