Leadership and Management of logistics site operations with responsibilities for Quality Management and quality inspection
Establish, Implement, and maintain Strategic KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that measure and drive continuous improvement to the QMS
Document control: Ensure SOP, WI, and other internal documents/manuals are with the latest updates
Initiate operation process and report training and maintain training report and record
Problem-solving: Corrective and preventive action, with root cause analysis and effectiveness review
Prepares and submits required corporate reports relative to quality reporting and general regulatory compliance.
Act as the Quality Management Representative for the SEA region
Ensure quality requirements are established, implemented, and maintained.
Report on the performance of the Quality and KPIs to management.
Ensure the promotion of awareness of regulatory and customer requirements throughout the organization
Drive proactive Quality improvements in partnership with related business functions
Support the Operations teams and logistics division leadership in aspects of business that impact the various teams, as applicable.
Logistics operation support for international transportation (Air & Ocean import and export), factory/warehouse operation, local delivery, customs clearance, border trucking, etc.
Develops road maps/methodologies required to move from current state to future state, including changes and implications to existing architecture and systems.
Proven track record in relation to ISO and relevant regulatory and notified body audits
Maintains the internal audit system to ensure compliance with ISO9001/13485 and other required regulatory requirements
Coordinates and facilitates customer, corporate compliance, and regulatory/registration audit visits.
Partner with Distributor network in the educating on relevant company policies relating to QMS elements
Partner with other business units and departments within the company to help drive business improvements,
Provides support to evaluating and quoting new business opportunities via project and specification review, project and cost analysis and associated negotiations with new and existing customers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above
Minimum 3 years of experience with logistics/supply chain experience with a demonstrated track record in driving results
Extensive compliance knowledge of the following standards and regulations, with proven audit experience.
Logistics operation system skills & knowledge - WMS, TMS, and MS applications
Strong project management skills and experience in leading virtual teams
