About the Role As an RM for Greater China Business Unit, you will be growing our Greater China portfolio and innovative business partnerships for Green Link Digital Bank via our new business unit product and solution offerings. This is a rare opportunity to be in the pioneering batch of Relationship Managers for Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s inaugural wholesale digital bank.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue targets: Solicit and develop new accounts; achieve and exceed key financial targets set by management
  • Act as the first line of defence: Facilitate new loan and account opening applications; proactively manage and monitor accounts; ensure timely submission of account reviews and strict adherence to internal credit and compliance requirements. Prepare credit proposal and propose appropriate credit mitigants for new loan applications; Proactively manage and monitor accounts to minimize non-performing loans; Ensure timely submission of credit review and strict compliance to laws and regulations
  • Create delightful digital customer experiences : Build up network of loyal customers for bank by being a trusted and dependable partner; understand customer needs and requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions or propose new products
  • Actively participate in adhoc projects: Represent Business Unit in adhoc projects such as new product developments, technical enhancements, industry landscaping to contribute to Bank\xe2\x80\x99s success

Requirements
  • Prior relevant experience within Commercial/Enterprise Banking or in Non-Bank FI/ Fintech lenders serving corporate customers from China and East Asia regions.
  • Experience in commercial loan, syndication financing and cash products
  • Demonstrated records of overachieving sales target under high-pressured working environment whilst balanced with risk awareness and management; experience in credit memo writing and credit structuring
  • Highly self-motivated to deliver work of highest standard with strong sense of commitment and accountability
  • Strong ability to adapt to change
  • Adaptable, analytical, and problem solver
  • Energetic, customer service oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong team player
