Be responsible for system architecture definition as well as ASIC design and implementation 4. Design, develop and carry out design testing procedures 5. Understand, evaluate project requirements and expectations and designs in commercial perspective 6. Organize and conduct research activities 7. Establish and organize technical commercial objectives and goals. 8. Document all phases of research and development 9. Establish project basis business opportunity and sales 10. Continuously improve technical support 11. Conduct product training or workshops to customers and internal staffs 12. From Ideas to Proof of Concept and Design for Manufacturing Analysis (DFM) to Mass Production(MP) 13. Manage modelling simulation and validation of new designs 14.
