Job Responsibilities: 1. Reporting to Restaurant Operation Manager 2. Responsible for supervising all aspects of the restaurant for its smooth operation on a daily basis 3. Assist in the hiring and training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff 4. Checking with the guest and making sure that they are getting served with the best quality food 5. Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same 6. Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively 7. Develop strategies for improving our customers\xe2\x80\x99 dining experience 8. Manage the work schedules of our restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s staff 9. Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations 10. Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues 11. Inspecting the food and beverage stock level and restock them in a timely manner 12. Any other jobs as assigned by the General Manager and management team.
Requirements: 1. Candidates must possess at least High school diploma or its equivalent. 2. Prior work experience as a Senior Restaurant Supervisor, or a similar position in the Hospitality industry. 3. Proven ability to multi-task and supervise, independent, ability to work under pressure and deliver in a fast-paced working environment 4. Familiar with Greek Food and culture 5. Availability to work within opening hours (e.g.: evenings, holidays, weekends) 6. Computer literate
