Senior Retail Associate
Job Description
Our store is a multi-label home and kids related store. We are looking for an individual with highly relevant experience to manage one of our stores on a permanent or contractual full time basis. This individual should be highly motivated, and have proven experience, with testimonials verifiable with past employer/s. This person should possess the following dispositions:
friendly, pleasant and cheerful disposition.
is comfortable to chat up customers to understand their needs and make suitable recommendations.
demonstrates sufficient responsibility and independence to manage the store indvidually, which include but not limited to :
Sales and Cashiering
Scheduling of part time staff.
To be able to train junior staff on the right dispositions and impart best practises.
Do store opening/closing
Update and maintain Merchandise Display
Upkeeping of the store maintenance.
- Work hours : 44hrs work week ( 5 shifts, and one full weekend shift)
