The Talent

• Diploma in Real Estate Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in shopping mall operations with good understanding of tenancy matters.
• Proficient in using Microsoft software such as Words, Excel and PowerPoint as well as SAP System.
• Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and able to work within tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude and possess good communication skill.

The Job

• Handle lease administration for a shopping mall, including preparation of lease documents and tenancy agreements.
• Maintain and update the tenancy database.
• Track submission requirements for all lease documents to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with the Finance department for the setup of leases in SAP and manage billing processes.
• Monitor and compile monthly reports such as tenancy schedules, gross turnover, and audited statements from tenants.
• Provide administrative support to the leasing team.
