Parameta Solutions is a leading global provider of OTC market data. From pre to post trade, our solutions help clients manage complex markets more effectively.

Role Summary

This role will ensure that all regulated and unregulated business carried out by Parameta Solutions is carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements, Parameta Solutions\xe2\x80\x99 strategy and to the highest standards.

The individual will be expected to undertake the below and other tasks, as assigned from time to time.

• Demonstrable hands-on experience with regulatory requirements for IOSCO Principles for Benchmarks and Benchmark Regulation.
• Analyse regulatory updates affecting the business
• Provide independent challenge, oversight and support to the business divisions within Parameta Solutions
• Act as a delegate for meetings where requested
• Provide support in relation to Oversight and Governance Committees, including collating management information
• Write written reports a number of governance forums
• Oversee the control framework to ensure adherence to controls
• Good documentation skills with the ability to articulate complex topics in a concise and articulate manner.
• Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
