Responsibilities: Handle and manage OPS Office & staffs Handle & coordinate transport-related matters Assist Operations Manager in supervising daily operations of the organization Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services Educate operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs Perform routine maintenance and repair works for equipment & trucks Maintain the facility clean, safe and organized Evaluate inspection reports and service tickets and prepare repair invoices Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements Implement workplace safety programs & safety initiatives Enforce safety standards Conduct safety training programs and inspections to ensure staff Ensuring strict compliance of procedures in statutory workplace, safety, health & environment requirements at sites and required premises Implementation of effective safety management system, measures as well as risk assessment to minimize accidents at work places Preparation and/or submission of safety reports and necessary audits Assisting company safety related certifications and awareness Work with other team for cross-departmental work Generate operational reports for management as needed Other duties as assigned by the managementJob Requirement: Recognised Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent Possess relevant safety Certificate (e.g. Advanced Certificate in WSH Safety Coordinators Training) Minimum 5 years relevant experience in construction industry.Sent in: 1) Full Resume to [ Email address blocked ] 2) Current salary & Expected salary3) Notice period**We regret that only shortlisted candidates would be notified**
