Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage OPS Office & staffs
• Handle & coordinate transport-related matters
• Assist Operations Manager in supervising daily operations of the organization
• Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion
• Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services
• Educate operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards
• Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs
• Perform routine maintenance and repair works for equipment & trucks
• Maintain the facility clean, safe and organized
• Evaluate inspection reports and service tickets and prepare repair invoices
• Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements
• Implement workplace safety programs & safety initiatives
• Enforce safety standards
• Conduct safety training programs and inspections to ensure staff
• Ensuring strict compliance of procedures in statutory workplace, safety, health & environment requirements at sites and required premises
• Implementation of effective safety management system, measures as well as risk assessment to minimize accidents at work places
• Preparation and/or submission of safety reports and necessary audits
• Assisting company safety related certifications and awareness
• Work with other team for cross-departmental work
• Generate operational reports for management as needed
• Other duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirement:

• Recognised Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Possess relevant safety Certificate (e.g. Advanced Certificate in WSH Safety Coordinators Training)
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in construction industry.
