Working Location: Penjuru Close
Working Hours: 5.25 days, Mon to Fri (8 am \xe2\x80\x93 5 pm), Alt Sat (8 am \xe2\x80\x93 12 pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + 14 Days AL
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate sales and purchase administration.
Process orders and issue invoices.
Assist with shipping and logistics activities.
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Procure and maintain office stationery and equipment, and other necessities.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum Diploma holder.
At least 1 year of experience in administration.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Competent with Microsoft Office.
