Welcoming and understanding cilents' needs in order to offer the best service while maximizing sales
Approach and maintain good relationship with customers, interior designers , contractors and architects for business opportunities
Handle daily pre & post sales and ensure all sales transactions are completed successfully
Response quickly, professionally and accurately to all customers inquiries regarding sales orders, status requests, complaints, product returns and product care
Coordinate with internal and external parties for local delivery and assembly service for customers
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
The successful candidate should have a positive aattitude to work; be self motivated and enjoying working with people

Requirement:-

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good customer service attitude
Pleasant, presentable and well groomed with good interior sense
Experience of home decor, home appliance, luxury beddings and interior design firms are plus
Fresh graduate is also welcome.
Work with passion, high team spirit, independent and responsible
