The posted salary includes basic + commission. The basic salary will be subject to your experience. The commission will depend on the sales you will drive hence the total remuneration may be higher than the indicated range

Role and Responsibilities
Delivering individual sales targets set; sourcing for new customers and securing new accounts / business
Building key customer relationships and increase sales opportunities
Devising and presenting sales and marketing ideas and strategies to the Top management team
Creating quotations, invoices, sales reports, briefing notes and information memorandums
Tracking performance and maximising returns from existing contractIdentify, understand and propose suitable solutions to meet customer’s needs and requirements. (training will be provided)
Attend to and independently follow up on sales enquiries, sales support and site related matters (training will be provided)
Visit customers at their residence/work place/office with the director, project enginneers, etc
Liaise with clients, vendors and team members to coordinate for on going projects

Sound business acumen, attention to detail with strong analytical mind
Empathy for client/team members
Ability to deal with customers in a professional manner
Abilty to build strong win-win relationships with different stakeholders to retain customers and increase the revenue of the company
Ability to analyse sales data to come up with new strategies to drive sales for the company
Ability to work under pressure
Independent, energetic, customer driven and self-motivated
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Academic/professional backgrounds:
1. Diploma/degree holders
2. 3- 5 years of sales experience
