About the Job

• Manage the full cycle of sales activities and candidate experience in the region
• Identifying, developing, and managing client business relationships together with selling our services and negotiating the rates of business.
• Advertise positions and source candidates
• Providing Pre and Post Client Service with prompt follow up and actions
• Develop strong talent pools and build your professional network
• An environment that will improve your skills in critical thinking, finding solutions, and recognizing and improving areas of development

About You

• Experience in sales
• You are comfortable multi-tasking and wearing many hats.
• Willing to develop the ability to speak with people and build relationships
• Eagerness to learn, keeping pushing yourself, be curious, and think outside the box
• Self-motivated that does not give up when face with challenges
• Drive & ownership, able to prioritise, manage up and act with urgency where required
• Bonus: If you have experience in Life Science / Pharmaceutical arena
