• Handle sales of company's range of industrial products.
• Attend to sales enquiries, prepare sales quotation to closing of sales, conduct cold calls, follow-up on customer order and delivery.
• Responsible to develop marketing initiatives to promote sales of industrial products; Provide competitive insight to both the marketing and business excellence teams
• Increase customer base by developing distribution partners and customers.
• Responsible for customer and account management (e.g. receivable collection)
• Establish rapport and build long-term relationship with customers and distribution partners.
• Responsible in the preparation of reports (e.g. forecasting, budgeting).
• Identify from the NORMA Group portfolio of products and brands, the target product ranges that fits to the market needs.
• Prepares sales presentations to create product understanding and awareness.
• Advises and influences customers, creating and developing opportunities, builds close partners/distributors, and direct customers.
• Prepares sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations.
• Maintain and keep update sales activities and opportunities development records in CRM.
• Maintain sales process to ensure effective and timely customer service and response
• Maximize profitability utilizing value selling and practices
• Prepare & conduct seminars & presentations as well as developing the material used
• Develop and maintain an active opportunity pipeline for all accounts

Other Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels within an international manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and spoken English is a must.
• Ability to develop an internal, informal network.
• Proficient in the use of standard software packages.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast paced and evolving environment, self-motivated, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
