Ownership to drive and achieve sustainable sales and exceed sales targets from assigned portfolio
To identify, analyse and penetrate a portfolio of high sales growth opportunity accounts
Support Marketing campaigns to drive activity and sales
Develop an in depth understanding of the customer, their markets and competitors
Provide solutions to meet customer needs by the implementation of relevant and cost-effective value-added services
Build and use internal and external networks to ensure customer satisfaction and drive activity at site level
To continually expand relevant technical knowledge and to develop an understanding of the RS product and service portfolio, their application in key areas and the benefits they provide to customers.
Build, maintain and enhance relationships with all key influencers and decision makers within new and existing customers to consistently strive to develop new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
Results driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Minimum 3 years proven track record in industrial field sales, including key account management
