Job Description

• To coordinate with Head office and customers for all sales & service-related matters.
• To handle sales activities: Prepare Purchase order / Generate sales order, Follow up delivery, Coordinate & arrange shipment, Generate Invoice / prepare delivery order, Follow up payment schedule and etc
• Assisting applying Export License, Issuance of BG, submission of documents for LC payment etc.
• Assist in traveling arrangement for sales staff / supervisors
• General administrative works (such as filing, BizSafe activity, etc.)

Job Requirement

• Diploma in any Administration Discipline
• Have knowledge in Incoterms
• Possess knowledge of MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word)
• Possess a minimum of 5 years\' work experience in export and import goods handling by sea and air shipment
