Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily sales activities and sales reporting, as may be required by
- the sale' by presenting, promoting, and selling products / services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Product demonstration, and onboarding shippers onto our product.
- Build and establish a strong relationship, and develop a rapport with the client by providing support and acting as the link between the client and Ninja Van.
- Have a good grasp and knowledge of the local market and competition to react swiftly to changing market
- agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Report customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to Management
- May conduct research, compile data and prepare reports for consideration and presentation as requested by
- as account manager to all ND shippers assigned to him / her
- Ensures regular order cycles from onboarded ND shippers
- Addresses all after-sales concerns of onboarded ND shippers
- Coordinates with other departments (Operations and Finance) to address shipper concerns
