Job Responsibilities:

Manage and interpret customer requirements, ensuring their needs are met
Provide technical advice and assistance to customers on the full range of cleaning products
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers
Market the full range of cleaning products and services to new and existing customers
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by the sales manager

Job Requirements:

Relevant working experience in sales, commercial products, or light industrial background is an advantage
Possess a Class 3 driving license and own a car
Proficient in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and customers
Proficient in IT skills, especially in MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation
Good organizational and time-management skills
Working location: Pioneer
Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon-Fri
