Job Description
Pandan Road * Salary$4000 to $5000 * Work WeekMonday to Friday (8:30 am to 5.30 pm) * Min. QualificationDip * Experience3 years * / RequirementResponsibilities
- Assigned with customers as Key Account Executive
- Review incoming enquiry
- Sourcing of items from overseas & local vendors and manufacturers
- Follow up quotation with customer
- Processes customer orders
- Create/issue PO & GR to vendors and manufacturers
- Arranging delivery of orders to customers
- Coordinate documentation for shipment
- Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment
- To maintain good relationship with customers
- To achieve sales budget / targets
- Assist colleagues during their absence
- Any other ad hoc assignments
- Min Diploma / Degree holder
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the same industry (not a must)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed, responsible and aggressive
- Positive working attitude
- Team player
- Proficient in MS Office
- Valid Class 3 driving license & possess own vehicle (preferably)
- Willing to travel overseas
