We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with adequate trade knowledge in the industrial market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market dynamics and industry trends. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, creating sales opportunities, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the industrial market, as well as market dynamics, key players, and emerging trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as clients, vendors, and industry partners.
Engage in technical discussions with clients and partners to effectively address their needs.
Identify and capitalise on business opportunities by preparing and delivering proposals and presentations to clients and partners.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and partners to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 3 years of sales experience
Proven ability to identify and pursue business opportunities, with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
Willingness to travel quarterly for work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
* Prior knowledge or experience in the tyre industry or its supply chain is a plus but not mandatory
