You will be responsible to manage the clients and maximize the sales amount through sales activities. What you will be working on - Monitor and adjust urgent shipments based on the client's request as and when required. - Maintain and build on existing key accounts through regular client visits regionally on a monthly basis. - Prioritize accounts to be gained/grown/retained. - Markets covered include ASEAN countries (including India and Australia). - Manage distributors, arrange for training and work out strategies for sales improvement. - Management of sales overseas, provide forecasting in weekly and monthly market analysis reports to the Singapore management, Japan HQ, and other overseas subsidiaries. - Manage annual overseas exhibitions by sourcing, evaluating, comparing, and choosing over 20 suppliers for various exhibitions. - Actively work with internal and external stakeholders to perform all necessary steps for effective prospecting and qualifications. - Quality assurance matters if the client has a problem with the products. - Business trips to ASEAN regions (varies from 2 days to 1 week) - Any other ad-hoc assignments. Requirement What they are looking for - Minimum Diploma in any field (Sales & Marketing/Electronic relate are preferred) - Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking customers within the ASEAN region - 5 to 10 years of B2B Sales experience in Electronic components. - Able to accept both desk-bound and non-desk-bound assignments.
