Our Sales Department in Singapore is looking for a

Senior Sales Executive

Your Responsibilities:

Meeting Sales Objectives/ Targets

  • Plan monthly sales target (Store and Atrium), as per Brand building block by boutique. Provide inputs and adjust plan accordingly to deliver target set.
  • Deploy monthly target (Store and Atrium) to Retail Consultants and ensure effective execution on the ground.
  • Monitor and feedback competition activities that will impact sales and market share. Highlight any major key competition threat to respective superior/ Assortment.
  • Drive sales to achieve Company\xe2\x80\x99s sales targets.
Landlord/ Trade Relationship Building
  • Play a key role in representing the company to the landlords by building rapport and maintaining goodwill with them.
  • Update on any news/ development at respective boutiques on personnel changes, store re-structure and any other relevant matters.
Inventory Management
  • Manage and maintain a reasonable average month of stocks per counter, correct any overstock or under stock situation at the counter.
  • Minimize good returns according to acceptable percentage over sales & purchases.
  • Feedback on the right distribution of brands for assigned boutiques.
  • Ensure effective management of proper product mix at the respective boutiques.
  • Ensure that the company\xe2\x80\x99s product is not subject to potential possibilities of pilferage.
  • Order and manage stocks distribution to all Boutique atrium event.
Boutique Management
  • Ensure that the boutiques and atrium under her charge meet standards set on Visual Merchandising \xe2\x80\x93 e.g. counter trans/posters, price signage.
  • Proper display of mannequin, signage, launch VM and etc.
  • Ensure overall boutique is maintained as per guidelines \xe2\x80\x93 e.g. counter maintenance etc.
Supervision of Sales Consultants
  • Work closely with Sales Advisor (SA) headcount, and feedback on manpower requirement to deliver store target. Highlight any issue on manpower to deliver target.
  • Communicate and explain to the SA on any promotion mechanics, price changes, etc.
  • Observe SA at counter and provide constructive \xe2\x80\x93 feedback on SA development plan/ training needed. Coach and guide SA on the job during store visit trips.
  • Provide feedback on SA appraisal/ performance.
Competitors\xe2\x80\x99 Activities/ Market Intelligence
  • Feedback to Management on competitors\xe2\x80\x99 promotional campaigns, turnover, and/ or personnel changes.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Ensure on-time submission of all daily/ weekly/ monthly sales reports for reporting to Management.
  • Update product ranges, product features, price vs. volume analysis, market presence to meet shoppers\xe2\x80\x99 needs or expectations during boutique visits.
  • Visit boutiques and Atrium event according to schedules.
  • Involve in all atrium setup and ensure effective execution on the ground.
  • Help out in atrium event if business needs require.
Your ideal profile:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mobility: Flexible in working hours
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with all possible central departments, and regional organization
  • Proficient in MS Excel application
  • Self-motivated with positive \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d approach and performance-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced setting with ability of prioritizing workload
