The role We are looking for a high-energy and ambitious colleague. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for qualifying and responding to new leads, identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects and existing clients, and helping to maximize Horizons' commercial presence in APAC through partnerships and other business development methodologies.

More about the role and core responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the full sales cycle: Follow up on company-sourced (by our inbound marketing teams) and self-generated leads from multiple sources (industry target lists, social networks, partners, trade shows, outbound campaigns, etc.), develop them to deal opportunities and bring them to close the deal
  • Proactively build relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their business and challenges
  • Ensure high post-sales customer satisfaction with a proactive service strategy that enables repeat business and value realization
  • Consistently achieve your quarterly revenue targets through retention, expansion, and growth of clients
  • Demonstrate an ability to effectively forecast and manage a pipeline
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to position Horizons Global Partners as the go-to provider of company expansion services in APAC
  • Uncover partnership opportunities with other service providers and industry players in your target regions
The role will be a great fit if...
  • You have 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management for a technology company (selling professional and consultancy services will be a plus)
  • You love solving problems - you're rarely satisfied unless you've analyzed why a problem has occurred and how to fix it
  • You are a credible communicator with impeccable presentation skills
  • You leave no stone unturned when it comes to strengthening your relationships
  • You have excellent communication skill and comfortable talking with prospects on the phone, via email, or face-to-face
  • You are often described as someone who has high energy and your colleagues love this about you!
  • You are success-driven, with a positive can-do attitude and combining commitment with self-initiative
Bonus skills and experience
  • You have experience working with Hubspot or Salesforce
  • You have experience with outbound sales and building your own pipeline
