The

Senior Sales Executive - Flavors

will be responsible for managing and expanding S&B SALES. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing strong customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, and operations) to deliver tailored flavor solutions for the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and beverage sector (beverages, bakery, confectionery, savory, dairy, etc.).

Account Management:

Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms in line with company policies.

Regional Coordination:

Collaborate with regional teams across ASEAN to align strategies and share market insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in

Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field

.

From 3 years of B2B sales experience

in the

flavor, fragrance, or food ingredients

industry. Strong network within the

food and beverage manufacturing sector

in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia. Technical understanding of flavor applications and sensory profiles. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel regionally within Southeast Asia.
