\xe3\x83\xbbManage Representatives in the territory including forecast, business plans, and follow up on open opportunities
\xe3\x83\xbbTravel to select customers and prospects to develop personal relationships with key contacts, explore opportunities, and solicit inquiries and / or orders. Develop a working knowledge of the customers\' process, organization, and overall business to gain a competitive selling advantage for the company
\xe3\x83\xbbManages and tracks the sales department efforts on quotation activity, profitability levels, pricing trends and quotation success ratios for assigned territories. Maintains and supports the Sales Team\'s quotation tracking systems
\xe3\x83\xbbPrepare and present technical sales presentations to customer decision makers to promote company product offering and / or confirm that proposed product(s) complies with the customer requirements / specifications
\xe3\x83\xbbPursue and review inquiries from clients for aftermarket parts and services for all pump field services opportunities to support our Aftermarket Operations
\xe3\x83\xbbSubmit weekly reports, as required, which conveys noteworthy information collected during the week involving markets, customers, competitors, Reps or any other industry information that may have a direct or indirect impact on the company or business
\xe3\x83\xbbInvestigate and coordinate the resolution of customer problems related to product, delivery or service
\xe3\x83\xbbInterface with customers and make site visits as necessary to conduct product design reviews and / or address commercial issues, to facilitate a customer order commitment
\xe3\x83\xbbExecute and implements programs to promote the technical advantages of company Products designs, features and services
\xe3\x83\xbbExecute sales and appropriate action plans to meet the bookings goals of the market
\xe3\x83\xbbExecute annual product forecasts for the Market
\xe3\x83\xbbTrain and make joint calls with sales channels
\xe3\x83\xbbExecute, maintains profiles for clients (end users, EPC\'s OEM\'s)
\xe3\x83\xbbProvide Market intelligence and pricing recommendations
\xe3\x83\xbbProvide competitive updates for the region
\xe3\x83\xbbPerforms distributor and rep goal setting and semi-annual reviews
\xe3\x83\xbbMay perform other work-related assignments as deemed necessary and appropriate by supervisor
\xe3\x83\xbbWork closely with the application engineers to ensure a compliant quotation is prepared on time
\xe3\x83\xbbSeek technical and commercial support as necessary from manufacturing locations as appropriate
\xe3\x83\xbbWhen required, obtain supportive quotations from sub-suppliers
\xe3\x83\xbbFacilitate handover documents for order submission to manufacturing locations
\xe3\x83\xbbLiaise with contact management during execution of contact
\xe3\x83\xbbPreparation of pre-qualification documents
\xe3\x83\xbbPreparation of business reports as required by ManagementRequirementsThe Requirements:
\xe3\x83\xbbAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
\xe3\x83\xbbAbility to review customer supplied specifications, P&ID, and data sheets as they pertain to specific job usage and apply to Flow equipment offering to determine best value selections suited for purpose and application
\xe3\x83\xbbProficient is MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat as they relate to job usage
\xe3\x83\xbbCapable of utilizing sizing programs
\xe3\x83\xbbProficient knowledge of Centrifugal Pumps and their applications in Oil & Gas, Power and Water Industries
\xe3\x83\xbbThis position may travel up to 70% of the time on a regional basis. (Subject to Final Business Direction)
\xe3\x83\xbbExperience in basic instrumentation and electrical design
\xe3\x83\xbbExposure to fluid handling equipment sizing/design
\xe3\x83\xbbDemonstrated prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities within demanding time constraints
