We seek a dynamic and passionate individual to fill the position of Senior Sales Manager/Director. A professional with rich experience and high passion in building value-added solutions based on client requirements, demonstrating technical capabilities (especially in testing and/or DevOps) and leading competitive bids.The successful candidate should have good grasp of end-to-end presales activities with excellent communication and presentation skills.Job Responsibilities: Work with sales & delivery teams to define / refine key offerings and go-to-market strategies Collaborate with delivery and practice teams to build comprehensive solutions based on business opportunity and client requirements Accompany sales team in qualifying new opportunities and demonstrating key capabilities & experiences to potential new / existing client teams. Support practice and consulting teams in POCs and R&D activities technically and bringing in market / client insights Prepare and maintain presales / sales collateral of key offerings, differentiators and experiences with case studiesJob Requirements: (Qualification and Experience) At least 12 years of total experience with 8 years of recent experience in presales encompassing the responsibilities outlined above. Minimum Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) Good technical knowledge on offerings such as testing and / or DevOpsCritical attributes for success: Highly self-motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator Excellent written and verbal communication skills Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction Excellent presentation, stake-holder interaction and relationship management skills
