What You'll Do
Own the SEA go-to-market
: build and execute strategic sales plans for smart lighting systems and modern agri equipment
Solution selling
: present integrated systems (LED + intelligent controls), perform discovery, build ROI/TCO cases, and close high-value deals
Enterprise relationships
: develop and maintain long-term partnerships with decision makers at large commercial farms and integrators
Proposals & tenders
: independently craft technical proposals and bids; manage end-to-end for small/medium RFPs
Market presence
: represent the company at trade shows, roadshows and customer meetings across SEA
Forecasting & CRM
: maintain pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy and timely reporting
Requirements
3+ years
B2B
technical solutions
sales (e.g., lighting/industrial/IoT/automation or related)
Demonstrated ability to
write technical proposals
and handle
tender documentation
independently
Strong
prospecting, consultative selling and negotiation
skills; comfortable with C-suite/owner conversations
Business-level English
for client communication and proposal writing (role-related requirement; all qualified applicants are welcome)
Bachelor's degree
in Business/Engineering or related discipline
Willing to travel
within Southeast Asia for client meetings and events
Valid Class 3/3A driving licence
(SG or MY) preferred;
company vehicle (BMW 2 Series)
provided for client visits
Nice to Have
Business-level Japanese
(to liaise with Japanese-speaking partners/clients)
Experience selling into large commercial farms, agri integrators or controlled-environment agriculture
