Responsible in planning menus, approve sales quotations / prepare all tenders & contract submissions according to the client’s budget and requirements whilst ensuring profitability
Responsible to create promotions, identify new marketing pipelines/funnels to target new businesses
Build, expand and maintain sales account database to increase potential business
Respond to customers complaints/feedbacks in a timely fashion
Supervise & delegate job daily workflow of sales team and to ensure work is on-track and accurate
Prepare Daily Sales Team reports of (Sales/Success Rates, etc)
Any other duties assigned by the Directors
Requirements:
Strong, Good & Strategic Supervisor for Sales Team
Good Interpersonal skills and the ability to converse in Mandarin would be an advantage
Possess Good Communication Skills, Be Meticulous & Always Accurate
Quick-Thinking, Versatility to be able to Solve Problems
Highly-Motivated & able to work Independently
Strong Desire to own projects and exceed beyond expectations
Versatility and Ability to find solutions and deliver results
At least 5 years’ Experience in F&B Industry or related field
Minimum Diploma or equivalent for interested applications
Strong Command: MS Word/Excel, etc
