Adecco is partnering with one of the multinational logistics company who provide end-to-end supply chain solution worldwide. This incumbent is entrusted to promote business growth, provide support for Sales and Operations, and act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers by managing daily sales inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong commercial relationships are established with all customers
• Oversee adherence to programs and procedures to guarantee timely delivery and customer satisfaction with the team
• Manage and implement the process improvement and changes enabled by IT systems
• Provide in-house support to the Sales Personnel in handling sales quotations, SOPs, RFQs and enquiries pertaining to assigned accounts
• Coordinate with global offices/agents with regards to sales-related enquiries, as well as shipment monitoring/coordination in accordance to account SOP set up
• Develop and direct procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Sales Support Team
• Coach and guide new hires and junior team members for development and alignment

The Talent

• Possess a Diploma / Degree or equivalent preferred
• Preferably 2 years of exprierence in Sales Support in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry
