Adecco is partnering with one of the multinational logistics company who provide end-to-end supply chain solution worldwide. This incumbent is entrusted to assist the Sales teams on the pricing analysis and accuracy of the rates. We are currently seeking for a talent to join the team for their upcoming expansion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strong commercial relationships are established with all customers
• Oversee adherence to programs and procedures to guarantee timely delivery and customer satisfaction with the team
• Manage and implement the process improvement and changes enabled by IT systems
• Provide in-house support to the Sales Personnel in handling sales quotations, SOPs, RFQs and enquiries pertaining to assigned accounts
• Coordinate with global offices/agents with regards to sales-related enquiries, as well as shipment monitoring/coordination in accordance to account SOP set up
• Develop and direct procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Sales Support Team
• Liaise with the operation team to ensure customers\' order are accurate and updating of order status
• Coach and guide new hires and junior team members for development and alignment

The Talent

• Possess a Diploma / Degree or equivalent preferred
• Preferably 5 years of exprierence in freight forwarding or contract logistics industry
