Order Management: Manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery cycle, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment, including shipments.
Collaborate closely with the Project and Finance teams to ensure precise sales forecasting, invoicing, and payment collection.
Commercial Handling: Ensure all orders align with company policies and agreed commercial terms.
Review and maintain project costings within SAP.
Act as a business partner to the project team, supporting commercial execution and gross margin (GM) management.
Customer Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for customers concerning order status, delivery timelines, and commercial matters.
Promptly and effectively address customer complaints and order-related issues.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to improve the efficiency and accuracy of order processing.
Create and update standard operating procedures for order management.
Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate with the Project Manager to produce regular reports on order status and delivery performance, and proactively flag potential delays or gross margin risks.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business or above
Experience with high volume of transaction
Experience in SAP
8 years of experience in regional sales administration or order management setting.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
