Job Summary

We are seeking talented and motivated Salesforce Developers (Junior to Senior level) to join our growing Salesforce team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration, preferably within Salesforce Industries (Public Sector Solutions) and Omnistudio. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce-based packaged or SaaS applications, ensuring solutions are stable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business and process requirements. Develop and enhance functionality using Salesforce configuration tools and, where required, Apex, LWC, or Visualforce. Utilize Salesforce Omnistudio components (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) to deliver scalable solutions. Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, manage releases, and maintain system stability. Conduct technical analysis and contribute to the design and implementation of system integrations and customizations. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Perform thorough testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure reliability and performance. Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members and business stakeholders. Stay current with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve system efficiency and team effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omnistudio (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) -- highly preferred. Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) or Public Sector Solutions (PSS) -- strong advantage. Understanding of Packaged Development Estimating, Application Integration, and Software Platforms. Solid grasp of Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.) and Apex development.

Certifications (At least one required)

Salesforce Platform App Builder Salesforce JavaScript Developer I Salesforce Platform Developer I Salesforce Platform Developer II Equivalent or higher-tier Salesforce certifications also accepted.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proven ability to take ownership of deliverables and contribute to key technical decisions.

Nice to Have

Experience with advanced Omnistudio configurations or Public Sector Solutions (PSS) modules. Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical teams. * Familiarity with low-code tools, API integration, and packaged application development methodologies.
