Job Description

Our client is a global Architecture practice headquartered in NYC who requires a Senior Scheduler that has Airport Project experience, is an expert in scheduling / project controls, has exceptional communication skills and has a high level of proficiency in Primavera P6.

Ideally, you can start in Q1 2023 and are already based in Singapore, however candidates who are not will still be considered as relocation assistance is provided.

Responsibilities...

• Responsible for the complex analysis and review of project schedules and documentation, regular use of Primavera P6 software and the generation of reports and presentations for client meetings

• Review and analyse complex construction schedules and provides opinions, advice and reports as necessary on project progress as well as predictions of the work using Primavera P6

• Provide oversight of Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s baseline schedule development and periodic progress updates utilising industry standard software toolsConfirm progress is consistent with the project schedule and other project records

• Attend meetings and advise client of actual progress and related cost implications

• Develop potential recovery plan scenarios for time and cost in collaboration with Contractor

• CPM scheduling and hands-on use of Primavera P6 software for project controls and evaluation of delays

• Report writing & preparation of charts & graphs to support and present analysis

• Regularly communicate with clients, co-workers and other stakeholders

• Assist with the management of project\xe2\x80\x99s risk, budget and schedule

• You will have 10+ years of experience in scheduling of infrastructure design and construction work, preferably Airport projects, excellent communication skills and be very knowledgeable with construction means and methods

• You will have strong experience in forecasting construction durations and logic, including the duration for design, pre-construction, heavy construction, testing, commissioning, and closeout

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, other closely related field or equivalent work experience

• High level of proficiency with Primavera P6 and associated software modules, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
